The rooms are good; the spa menu is great, vast and services are provided on an expanded schedule; the food is quite good. The downside? The place is a maze of several buildings, making it a bit hard to navigate.

Wife had the wonderful idea to get us here, and it simply blew my mind, the new age facade hides a real ancestral secret underneath , real contacts with the ether can be achieved here if the conditions and the magic you bring are compatible with that lies in the Astral Travel Several natural pools, overlooking the amazing Amatlán mountain range , the magic is palpable , but you must bring yours as well Planning to return , as the experience was simply, overwhelming . The restaurant is also worthy of mention, top notch dishes , in an awesome location

We had too many problems with our reservation. The first time they told us the room we just had reserved was no longer available because someone reserved online. They offered an upgrade room as a compensation but we needed to move our dates. We accepted. The next day they called again to tell the same, and now we had to downgrade room and already having moved the dates we were quite angry and had to decline. Awful experience.

The views and surroundings are beautiful. But the rooms aren’t. The first night setting up the room to go to bed, my partner was closing the curtains and huge centipede was there and almost got on him. Awful experiences which the hotel only agreed to change us to another room. Beds are uncomfortable and rooms are noisy.
